Katie Harbath, Chief
Digital Strategist at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, will
let us know how they approached the midterm election from a social
media perspective, giving us an insider's look at the inner-workings of
the Republican social media machine.
Lauren Feldman will
offer her perspective on social media and its ties to the traditional
media, particularly in the aftermath of Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert's
Rally for Sanity and/or Fear. One of the nation's leading researchers
in political communications, she'll provide a great perspective on how
both sides have played the media game in the 2010 midterm elections.
Michael Mayernick, founder of social giving startup
giv.to, will
give his perspective as one not directly involved in the political
machine, but one providing an essential fundraising resource. His
startup has played a role in numerous campaigns this election cycle,
providing incredible insight.
